You can manage and update all social media links associated with a business profile through one centralized interface. With the built-in Social Media URL Scan functionality, users can connect, edit, or disconnect social profiles from one place, ensuring that each location maintains a consistent and trusted presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Accurate and connected social media profiles improve brand credibility, visibility, and user engagement. Keeping all social links up to date allows businesses to maintain consistency across directories and search platforms, reducing customer friction and improving trust.

Who is this feature for? 

This feature is designed for agencies and multi-location brands managing multiple business profiles. It enables quick scanning and updating of social media links at scale.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Accessing Social Media URLs:

Go to Locations and select a business profile.

Scroll to the Social Media URLs section located at the bottom left of the Profile Information panel.

2. Using the URL Scan Feature:

On the Profile Summary screen, scroll down to Social Media Links.

Click Scan All to fetch all available social URLs for the selected profile.

Wait a few minutes while the scan completes.

Once fetched, the URLs will be listed in the Social Media Links section.

Use the toggle to enable or disable specific profiles.

Use the edit icon under the Credential column to update login credentials or access tokens.
