Managing and Adding Brand Voice

In today's dynamic digital landscape, a one-size-fits-all approach to content simply won't cut it. That's where the Brand Voices feature comes in. By adding new Brand Voices for your business, you can broaden the range and flexibility of your content, ensuring it speaks directly to different segments of your audience. Whether you're looking to adopt a more casual, authoritative, or playful tone, introducing multiple brand voices allows you to tailor your messaging to suit various platforms, campaigns, and customer personas. This flexibility not only deepens audience engagement but also reinforces your brand’s authenticity, enabling you to create content that aligns more closely with your brand’s evolving identity and resonates more effectively with your target audience.

Create a Brand Voice

Step 1: To start creating a new brand voice for your profile click on ‘Brand Voice’ in the left navigation panel.

Step 2: Click on ‘Create Brand Voice’.

Step 3: Add the following details to create a Brand Voice for your profile;

  • Title: A Name for the Brand Voice.
  • Content Snippet: A short sample of content that can be used as a reference.
  • Tone of Voice: The type of tone you want to use for your content. It is helpful to consider the audience here.
  • Inclusions: Words you want to include in your content for this Brand Voice.
  • Exclusions: Words you don't want to include as part of this Brand Voice.

Step 4: Click on ‘Generate’ to create a Brand Voice document.

Step 5: You can read through the Brand Voice Document. You also have the options to ‘Regenerate’ the document or ‘Edit’ the document if not satisfied.

Step 6: Once you have vetted the Brand Voice Document and are satisfied click on ‘Save’.

Since you can add multiple Brand Voices for a profile you will get the option to ‘Add More’ Brand Voices or ‘Return to Dashboard’.

Manage Brand Voice

Step 1: To manage Brand Voices click on ‘Brand Voice’ in the left navigation panel.

Step 2: You can view the Brand Voices associated with the profile in this section.

Step 3: Click on the three-dot option to the right of the screen corresponding to the Brand Voice you want to manage to view, edit, or delete it.
