Once you log in to the platform, click the search icon (top-right of the screen) and enter the name of the business you want to configure.

Now, click on ‘My Business’ from the bottom section of the left navigation pane:

From the left navigation pane, click on Business Information > Tooling > Features. Here you shall be able to enable or disable features. Click on Edit to enable the features:

Enable Content Studio features by clicking on Features > Content Studio based on your needs:

Here is a table of Content Studio features and their purpose. This shall help you decide on what features you need to enable for your customers:

If your client needs Topic Ideas, you must also configure 3 competitors. Do this by enabling: Features > Competitors List > 3-Competitors.

Once business-level features are configured, move on to the profile-level settings.

2. Enable Content Studio at the Profile Level

Agency user role needed for this step: Agency Admin

If the customer has multiple profiles (e.g., locations), these profiles inherit feature selection from the business by default. If you do not need Content Studio to be mapped for all profiles, you can selectively disable the features for these profiles. To do this,  click on ‘Profiles’ from left-hand navigation and then Click the profile you want to configure.

Again, navigate to Tooling > Features and disable any features not required for this specific profile. Click on Save:

Repeat this for each profile if needed.

If managing many profiles, avoid repetitive manual steps using Bulk Actions. At the business level, select Bulk Upload/Download:

Choose the Tooling option.Use the provided Excel template to enable/disable features across multiple profiles:

To add competitors for a profile, navigate to the profile settings and click on ‘Competitors’. Click on ‘Add Competitor’:

Enter the competitor name and domain. The system will try to auto-fill other details.

Complete the information and click on Add button to complete the competitor setup. You can setup multiple competitors, but only 3 can be enabled at any time

Once all features and competitors are set, proceed to configure the customer’s:

  • Brand Voice(s)

This will personalize the content generated by Content Studio.
