Search for Folders on DAM

Milestone’s Asset Library allows you to search for specific folders. This is especially useful when dealing with thousands of folders, allowing users to quickly find folders, improve folder organization, improve asset management, maintain easy navigation even at large scale, and much more.

Path: Milestone CMS Dashboard > Manage Content >Asset Library

Use the dropdown menu next to the search bar at the top ofthe Asset Library and select ‘Folder Name’.

Bulk Delete Option

Milestone’s Asset Library lets you delete multiple assets or folders in one go. The bulk delete option allows users to manage assets efficiently, reduce time in clean-ups, improve storage utilization, enhance organization and provide clarity, reduce clutter, and much more.

Path: Milestone CMS Dashboard > Manage Content >Asset Library

Select the folders or assets you wish to delete and click on‘Delete’ at the top left of the Asset Library.

Content Studio

Content Studio no longer requires Milestone Asset Library. You can now use the Storage Only option to upload assets directly to Content Studio. Instead of using Milestone’s Asset Library, you can now upload images directly to the articles you create on Content Studio. Content Studio supports a large variety of file types. You can upload images using a URL or directly from your device and add an alt text for the image.

Please note, these images will not be optimized for search and will need to be manually optimized.

Path: Content Studio > Article Editor > Choose aFile

Open the article editor and choose a file.

Upload a link to the asset or the asset from your devicedirectly.
