Managing Apple Phone Numbers

Adding Additional Phone Numbers to your Apple business profile helps route customer inquiries more efficiently. You can assign specific phone numbers for different departments or services, enhancing the user experience and supporting better engagement.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Adding Additional Phone Numbers for a Single Location
1. Access the Phone Numbers Section:
Navigate to Local > Locations.
Select the business profile.

From the Profile Summary, scroll to the Apple – Advanced Information section.
In the Additional Phone Numbers section, click Edit.

2. Add a Phone Number:
Click Add Phone Number.
Enter the Phone Category and the Phone Number.
Click Save.
Bulk Updating Additional Phone Numbers
1. Access Bulk Upload:
From the main dashboard, click on 'My Business'.

Click on Configurations, and select Bulk Upload/Download from the drop-down.

2. Download the Profile Data Template:
Download the spreadsheet titled Profile Data – UNAP and PAS.
3. Update the Additional Phone Numbers Tab:
Navigate to the Additional Phone Numbers tab.
Enter the Profile Aliases for each location.
Specify the Phone Category and the corresponding Phone Number.
4. Upload and Save:
Upload the updated spreadsheet to apply the bulk changes.

- Apple – Advanced Information: Section in the profile containing Apple-specific enhancements.
