Business Tooling

The Tooling tab is only available for Agency users and not for business users. Here, based on the contract or what the business has subscribed to, the features across products or modules will be enabled.  

By clicking on the ‘Tooling’ tab, the summary of all the features or widgets will be displayed. To add or remove any feature or widget, click on ‘Edit’.  

Here, you will be able to view and update the modules and respective features that need to be enabled for the business.  

Click on the module to view the list of features enabled. If you select the module, all features will be enabled for that module.  

The Modules available in MPC are:

  4. Email Marketing

  5. FAQ/Voice

  6. Insights

  7. Local

  8. Paid Media

  9. Platform

  10. Reporting

  11. Reviews

  12. Schema

  13. Social

For In each module there is a list of features. A user can select all features of a module or few features of a module as recommended.

For example, in the Competitor module a user can select either 3 Competitor or 5 Competitor option. If a user selects the 3 Competitor option the for each profile on MPC, the business will be able to manage the details of a maximum of 3 competitors of a profile. If a user selects the 5 Competitor option, for each profile on MPC, the business will be able to manage the details of a maximum of 5 competitors of a profile.

For the Insights module, users need to select a number of keywords and then need to select from one of the following option:

  • Audit only
  • Paid

  • Custom (any custom number) 

The Schema module can only be enabled if the insights module is enabled. On the Schema Module, based on the contract, the tooling administrator will select Schema number of URLs Required:

 

  • Audit Only max value 500

  • Paid max value 2000

  • Custom max value 2,00,000 

Based on the selection on a number of keywords in the insights module.

On platform module, the tooling administrator can enable the different sections on the Platform such as the competitors, dashboard, groups, PAS, etc. In addition, the administrator can enable the White label option. Using this feature, a business can update its logo and Favicon with business images on the dashboard.

For reporting module while enabling ‘Comp and social audit content audit/keyword’ the user needs to enter the number of keywords.
