Our CMS now includes AI-powered content generation, enabling teams to create complete, on-brand, SEO-ready pages in minutes. From keyword-rich content to meta tags, everything is auto-generated and tailored to your audience. Built on our Page Studio, it unifies page building, content creation, SEO, and publishing—so you move faster with content that delivers.
Let’s show you how you can generate content for your web pages on Milestone CMS:
Pre-requisites
To enable AI Content Generation, the profile must have the required tooling activated.
This feature is available only to Page Studio customers, subject to pricing eligibility.
Access:
Log on to the dashboard, click on CMS and choose your profile.
Under ‘Manage Content’ click on ‘Pages, and click on ‘Add New’.
Select a template for the page you’re building. Note, you’d have to first create a template or use an existing template.
Creating a New Page
Here there are 4 steps:
1. Page Details
2. Content Brief
3. Brand Voice
4. Target Audience
Page Details
Enter the page name, assign it to an existing profile or choose none, and choose the language you wish to generate content in. Click on ‘Proceed’ once the details have been entered.
Content Brief
Create Outline: Start by entering the content you wish to be covered across the page. Ensure it has all the details to reduce iterations.
Add keywords manually or choose to discover keywords. The keywords will be based on the outline you provide above.
Select keywords based on their search volume, trend and competition.
Click on ‘Proceed’ to add your brand voice.
Brand Voice
Choosing the brand voice determines the style in which the content is generated and is meant to ensure that all generated content reads like your brand.
Select an existing brand voice or click on ‘Create New’. Creating a new brand voice will redirect you to the central brand voice repository.
Target Audience
Here too, your content will be generated to speak directly to the target audience you choose.
You can select existing target audiences you’ve created or create new ones as well for this particular webpage.
To generate the content using AI, click on ‘Create Page’.
Webpage Content Management
Based on the details and template chosen, the content will automatically be generated for the webpage.
For a particular section, click on the ‘Ask AI’ button to change the tone or enter a custom prompt.
Editing sections using AI
Click on the edit button by hovering over the section.
You can use AI to improve the content details within the section. Enter a custom prompt, expand, paraphrase, or change the tone.
Auto-generation of Meta Details
Click on the settings button and you’ll see that the meta details under ‘SEO Settings’ will be auto populated based on all the details you have entered.
Auto-Indexing of your webpage
By default, all pages published are submitted to search engines and LLMs for indexing. This will help in faster visibility of your pages as rather than waiting for search engines to crawl your page, you’re submitting them for recognition.
In case you don’t want the page indexed, you can turn it off manually right here.
