Tooling

The Insights module helps you track, measure, and compare key SEO and digital performance indicators for your business. During onboarding, agencies can configure which features should be active and how keyword tracking is set up.

This guide explains how to enable Insights features and configure keyword tracking limits.

Accessing the Insights Tooling Section

  • Navigate to Tooling → Feature in the platform’s left-hand navigation.
  • Select Insights from the list of available modules.
  • A panel will appear showing all available features with toggle switches to enable or disable them.

Insights Features

You can select individual features or enable Select All for a comprehensive setup.

Available Features:

  • Backlinks: View and analyze the quality and quantity of external links pointing to your site.
  • Competitive Summary: Compare your business’s SEO performance against competitors.
  • Content Performance: Evaluate how well your content performs in terms of visibility and engagement.

Insights Configuration - Keyword Tracking

The Number of Keywords setting allows you to define how many keywords are tracked for auditing and performance monitoring.

You can configure this under Insights Configuration → Number of keywords:

  • Audit Only: Track up to 50 keywords for auditing purposes.
  • Paid: Expand keyword tracking up to 600 keywords (requires a paid plan).
  • Custom: For larger needs, keyword tracking can be configured up to 10,000 keywords.

Tip: During onboarding, start with a manageable keyword set (e.g., 20–50) to focus on priority terms. Expand to higher limits if detailed campaign analysis is needed.

Saving Your Configuration

  • After toggling features and setting keyword limits, click Save.
  • Your configuration will apply across the selected business profile(s).
