We're improving the overall user experience of Page Studio and DAM and making it easy for customers to manage their assets with ease. Here we have 2 enhancements that solve some of the disjointed experiences our customers are facing:
Delete Images in Page Studio
Problem Statement
Customers experienced a poor user experience in Page Studio due to the inability to remove images or use blank placeholders. Instead, they were forced to rely on dummy images or replacements. This workaround led to confusion and inefficiencies, especially for users who preferred a cleaner, less cluttered page design.
Solution
With this update, users can delete images (such as those within card components), giving them the flexibility to control the exact number of images displayed on a page, as well as keeping a blank placeholder if no image is to be shown.
DAM – Complete Image URL
Problem Statement
Users face significant workflow disruptions because Milestone DAM displays only folder URLs for images, not the complete image URLs. This limitation prevents them from easily copying and using the direct image URL for sharing, embedding, or integration, ultimately hampering productivity and causing frustration.
Solution
Milestone DAM now displays the complete image URL, allowing users to copy it and use the image elsewhere.
Content Studio
Native Brand Voice and Target Audience
Problem Statement
Users are forced to update their Native Brand Voice and Target Audience settings via Milestone Presence Cloud rather than directly within Content Studio. This cross-platform requirement disrupts workflows, creating a fragmented and inefficient user experience. Additionally, the current process does not support profile-level assignments, limiting users’ ability to customize and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Solution
Milestone Content Studio now carries Brand Voice and Target Audience features natively. Users can now update these details within the Content Studio platform and have individual Brand Voices and Target Audiences for individual profiles.
