Publishing a new Question & Answer using FAQ Manager to one or more locations?

Follow the steps below to publish a new Q&A using FAQ Manager to one or more locations. 

Step 1: Click on the Q/A tab. 

Step 2: Click on the ‘Filter’ button. 

Step 3: Click on the ‘Source’ drop-down button, choose the source of your choice and then click on ‘All Q&A tab, and choose ‘new’ to view all the latest questions posted online about your business. 

Step 4: Choose the question you wish to respond to and enter the answer in the answer field. 

Step 5: As soon as you enter the answer, the publish button will appear on the screen. To respond to the question posted online and publish it to all your business locations, click on ‘Publish to All'. If you wish to publish the question and answer to only certain locations and not all locations, click on ‘Publish to Custom’.

Step 6: The page will then show you the list of business location. Choose the location that you wish to publish the Question and answer choose the source. The Publish button will then appear, click on ‘Publish’. You can choose to save the question and answer draft by clicking on ‘Save as Draft’. 

You can also use the ‘Filter’ button on the left of the screen, to narrow down on certain locations you wish to publish the Q&A to. Click on ‘Filter’. 

Then enter the details of the location such as country, state and city to choose a particular location.
