Bulk Publishing multiple Questions & Answers to one or more locations

Follow the steps to carry out bulk publishing: 

Step 1: Using the ‘Filter’ on the main screen, choose the locations you wish to bulk publish Q&As.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Bulk Upload’ tab and then click on ‘Choose File’

Step 3: Choose the file that contains the questions and answers and click on ‘Upload’

Step 4: Click on the ‘Refresh’ button and you will see that the file will be displayed on your screen

As soon as you upload the questions, it will be pushed to be published to the locations you selected in Step 1. 

Step 5: Click on the tab to view the status of the Q&As. Since it is bulk publish, it will take a few minutes to complete the process of being published. Till then, the status will be displayed as ‘Pending'.  

Using the search bar, you can look for a particular Q&A that has been published.
