Editing a previous response to a customer question or self-created Question & Answer

Follow the steps to edit a response:

Step 1: Click on the Q/A tab. 


Step 2: Click on the ‘Filter’ button. 


Step 3: Click on ‘All Q&A’ tab, and choose ‘Published’.


Step 4: Click on the 3 dots next to the question and answer and click on ‘Edit’.


Step 5: Make the changes and click on  to confirm the changes
