The Performance Summary page provides a high-level snapshot of your local listings' health and engagement across directories like Google and Apple. It helps decision-makers quickly evaluate how their locations are performing and what actions to prioritize.
Background
Local listings drive traffic and conversions for physical locations. Monitoring how these listings are performing helps ensure visibility, accuracy, and customer engagement. The Performance Summary enables at-a-glance analysis of key metrics like profile engagement, data completeness, and listing status.
Who is this feature for?
This feature is designed for digital marketing leads, agency account managers, and operations heads responsible for managing and reporting on hundreds or thousands of business profiles. It helps surface actionable insights at scale.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Accessing Performance Summary
Path: Local > Performance Summary
Use the page filters to choose which business profiles and time ranges to analyze. You can:
- View performance for all profiles collectively
- Filter by location or group

Set custom date ranges or perform period-over-period/year-over-year comparisons
To create a custom comparison:
- Click on Custom under the date filter
- Choose the date range
- Select Compare to Previous Year or Previous Period
- Click Apply

Widgets in the Performance Summary
1. Location Listing Performance
Displays how your local profiles are performing across three key engagement metrics:
Phone Calls: Number of direct calls from the listing
Driving Directions: Number of clicks to get directions
Clicks to Website: Traffic from listing to your website
Use this data to identify high-performing locations or those needing optimization.

2. Top 5 & Bottom 5 Listings
Based on the KPI selected in the previous widget, this section shows:
- Your five best-performing locations
- Your five lowest-performing locations
This allows you to quickly benchmark and focus attention on underperforming assets.
3. Profile Completeness Widget
Highlights how complete your business listings are across core data points, media, and business details.
Breakdown includes:
- Locations with 100% completeness
- Locations with over 75% core info
- Locations with over 50% media
- Locations with over 60% business details
Click on any scorecard tile to view the filtered list of locations. You’ll be redirected to the Listings section with the appropriate filter applied.
Use the filters to:
- View completeness by source (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook)
- Filter based on completeness percentages
4. Local Listing Status Widget
Provides a summary of how many of your listings are:
- Managed: Actively maintained through the platform
- Monitored: Tracked for data inconsistencies but not directly updated

Glossary
- Managed Listings: Profiles updated through the listing platform
- Monitored Listings: Profiles tracked for inconsistencies but not actively edited
- Profile Completeness: Measure of how much essential data has been provided for each profile
- Performance Metrics: Includes calls, directions, and website clicks from listings
