Managing Custom Tags

Using Custom Tags, you can now track past reviews and reviews you will receive in the future that contain certain keywords selected by you. Let’s show you how you can set up a custom tag to track reviews.

Adding a Custom Tag

On the 'My Reviews' tab, click on the ‘Manage’ button and select ‘Tags’ from the dropdown.

Click on the ‘Add’ button to add a custom tag.

You now have to select the source of your reviews and optionally you can choose the ratings to label them with your tag.

Now, enter the name of your tag and enter the keywords. Enter the keyword then press enter for the keyword to be applied. Choose your locations to apply the tag to.

To make the process a lot more seamless and reduce manual effort, you have two options, ‘Auto Tag’ and ‘Run on Existing Reviews’. By choosing the Auto Tag option, all future reviews that will be sourced will be tagged provided that they contain keywords that you have entered.

Additionally, by choosing the Run on Existing Reviews option, all existing reviews that have the keywords you have entered will get tagged as well.

Finally, click on ‘Apply’ to add the custom tag.

Manually adding a review to a Custom Tag
