Paid media executive summary: How to add, view and download

Follow the steps to add, view, and download the paid media executive summary on Milestone Presence Cloud. 

Step 1: Once logged in, choose a profile, and then click on the Analytics tab. 

Step 2: Click on Executive Summary and using the drop down choose paid media and click on the add button. 

Step 3: Choose the month, and enter the highlights and opportunities and format it as you’d like. Once done click on apply.  

You will see that the paid media executive summary has been added. 

Step 4: Now switch over to the Reports tab and click on the Paid media report (Revenue or leads). You will see that the recently added paid media executive summary is displayed in the overall summary. 

Note: Make sure from the date picker that the correct month is selected. For example, if the Executive Summary is for Feb, you’ll have to custom filter the date to Feb to view the Executive Summary.   

Step 5: To download the report, click on ‘Export’, then schedule. 

Step 6: Choose the frequency of the report, delivery date, enter your email ID and the report name and click on schedule. 

Step 7: To download the report, click on ‘Report Summary – New’ and once the report is generated, click on the download button under Quick downloads to view it as a PDF.
