Content Studio Dashboard
The Content Studio Dashboard is the main landing page where users can create new content, select content workflows, discover AI-recommended ideas, manage projects, repurpose existing content, and review recently created content.
The dashboard is designed to help users move from idea to execution quickly using AI-powered content creation workflows and SEO-driven topic recommendations.
Content Creation Prompt
At the top of the dashboard, users see a welcome message and a content prompt area with the question:
“What do you want to create today?”
This section allows users to enter a content topic, idea, or instruction and generate content using AI.
How to use it
- Enter the topic or content request in the input field.
- Click Create.
- Content Studio begins the AI-assisted content creation workflow based on the input.
This is useful when users already know what they want to create and want to begin quickly.
Workflow Cards
The dashboard displays workflow cards under the heading:
Select a Workflow to Get Started.
These cards help users choose the right content creation path based on the type of content they want to generate.
You can see all workflows available by clicking on ‘See All Workflows’ at the top right.
Projects Section
The dashboard includes a section titled: Effortless Projects, Unlimited Possibilities!
This section helps users create and manage content projects using the AI-powered generation platform.

This is useful for teams working on multiple content pieces, campaigns, or structured content initiatives.
Content Ideas Section
The Content Ideas section on the Dashboard lets you get into content creation in just 1 click. This section displays content ideas that are highly competitive and relevant to your business.

| Search Volume | Indicates estimated search interest for the topic. |
| Keyword Difficulty | Shows how competitive the keyword may be. |
| Generate With AI | Starts content generation using the selected idea. |
| More Options Menu | Opens additional actions for the idea. |
Recently Created Content Table
The Recently Created section displays content that has recently been created in Content Studio. This section allows users to quickly review, open, edit, and monitor the status of their latest content assets.
This section displays:

| Template | The workflow or template used to create the content, such as Blog Post. |
| Created By | The user who created the content. |
| Date | The date the content was created or updated. |
| Status | Indicates whether the content is Published, Draft, Scheduled, or in another state. |
| SEO Score | Shows the content’s SEO score using a visual score indicator. |
| Edit Icon | Allows users to edit the content item. |
| More Options Menu | Opens additional content actions. |
