How does Milestone FAQ Manager curate FAQs from various sources

The Milestone FAQ Manager curates questions from your Google My Business listings for the locations for which FAQ Manager is enabled and GMB connection is set up. 

Milestone’s Curation Engine fetches the latest questions and answers from the connected GMB account using API calls. These are then displayed on your “Q&A” tab:

Further, you can view the list of Q&As for a subset of locations by choosing from the location filter:

You can also filter the questions using the   option to select the question status:

While the “Source” filter lets you select a Q&A source, the “Status” filter (default – All Q&A) lets you select questions based on their status - New, Published, Sent to Publish, etc. 

If you select the ‘New’ status, all Q&As that have been recently added for the location shall be displayed.
