I am getting the message “We found issues verifying schemas on your website..”. What should I do?
Are you seeing the following error in your 'Schema Audit' page:
We found issues verifying schemas on your website. Add the Schema Javascript code to your website to resolve this error.
If yes, this implies that the Schema Manager is unable to connect with your website and hence is unable to audit the webpages for schema health. If this occurs, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get the latest schema JavaScript code added to your tag manager (e.g. Google Tag Manager).
