Creating Content with Template & Persona Workflows
When users click on ‘Create New Content’ the template options surface with a left navigation panel that contains functions for various user intents. This makes navigation to relevant templates to begin the journey quicker and easier.
For example, if you want to work on a particular content type, then choose templates and choose a content template such as a blog post, news article, etc.
However, if you’re doing public relations, click on the ‘Marketing Function’ drop-down and choose public relations. You’ll see all the templates associated with the persona of a public relations manager.
Likewise, you can choose different marketing functions and work with the templates categorized under the function.
View Template Details
There is now a ‘View Details’ button on each template within Content Studio. These template details provide the user with the best use cases for each template and the content type the template has been optimized for.
Choosing Favorite Templates
Users can now add templates to their ‘Favorites’ to reuse and enable quicker navigation.
Content Creation Workflow
